Hello there. If you're bored and on the internet and discovered this stupid blog, then congratulations you have consented to one of two options. First, you can hit the back button on your browser and waste your procrastinating time in some other fashion or you can read the rest of this post and agree or disagree with my top ten choices for subjects mostly dealing with pop culture and things I enjoy or despise. By no means will the top tens be definitive or perfect, I hope to get more disagreements than nods of approval. I will almost assuredly forget obvious choices. I will write a set of guidelines for each list that will keep my lists to choices to I'm pretty familiar with.
Disclaimer: I will be attempting to write a new list every two weeks. If it becomes popular (which I highly doubt, I figure 15 unique readers a month is probably a small goal in the beginning) then I will keep it going for around a year. This is mostly a project for me to keep my mind occupied during dull times when I'm trying to not do anything.
So, the announcement of the first list of Terry's Top Tens is:
Terry's Top Ten Favorite Fictional Characters (in any media)
Note: This list has been in the works for a couple of weeks now. I thought I had decided on a really good list. So good I thought it was done upon completion of first draft. After letting my choices sink in, I decided to make some honorable mentions for the end. Also, the final list even got a few knocked off and got a couple of new ones added on. Limiting oneself to one particular media actually makes the list a lot easier in my opinion. Feel free to post your top tens to this subject in the next week and I will get down to the daunting task of trying to explain my reasoning for my choices.
